Should i pursue a modleing career?
at 5'6" you are too short.

your measurements are curvy.

you can model bathing suits .

also television work..there is no height requirement for that.

don't know your age..but plastic surgery is not necessary.

you can use derma blend body makeup.
Reply:If you are considering RUN way modeling, no. They generally would want someone taller. But any other modeling would be just fine. It's not about your weight because trust me they have some very beautiful women that are not toothpicks that model. I would not get surgery it its not necessary. There's too many risks and there are other options than just cutting them out.
Reply:send me some pics ;) and i'll let you know.

Reply:I am sure as long as you have confidence and believe in yourself there's a great chance you'll make it just fine based on your stats. You must remember too people have different tastes, but the one thing I find most appealing personally is PERSONALITY. A great attitude goes a long way. Queen Latifah doesn't have a model's body but she's on Cover Girl and stuff...so like I've said focus on being yourself and let it out! GL!
Reply:It totally depends on your age... also, it's almost impossible to tell without a photograph!

Lots of people are in the same position as you are and hoping to get some feedback. Good luck!
Reply:All that tells us nothing about your modeling potential. Does tha camera love you? Are you built like a stick (I mean clothes hanger?)
Reply:You're too short %26amp; you doesn't sound like you're skinny enough.

Sorry.
Reply:i think you would beok for modelling...i don't understand anyone who said you're not thin enough as you are most certainly extremely fit or at least in the normal range as your BMI shows...perhaps you could be a little taller but i think most agencies would hire you. I don't think they care about feet lol and i would advise you not to have surgery-the outcomes could be devastating, plus its pretty scary, you have to deal with side effects and it could thin your wallet by far. Also, i wouldn't rely on just modelling-your figure won't stay the same forever..you could do part time modelling and take up a course at uni if of course you want to do so.

gd luck and take care

Reply:I guess it would depend on what kind of modeling you wish to pursue. I don't know how you look but height wise I don't think you are tall enough to to be a runway model, but you might be able to be a hand or body part model. Sure Kate Moss is about 5' 6" but she weighs nearly nothing. Unfortunately, I think your measurements (and the stretch marks you mentioned) would limit your marketability for fashion modeling. I think measurements for most top models are supposed to be somewhere around 5' 8" at least, and 32-24-34 or 35?
Reply:well probably not high fashion or run way but maybe some local modeling would work better for you. :-)
Reply:you need to be taller.
